If I were to sum up the Champagne tasting I would simply say,
"What a lovely day - wonderful bubbly, food and conversation.
What more could you ask for on a cold (or warm, for that matter)
Sunday afternoon. This tasting is always an excellent way to end the year."
Thanks to John once again for coming up with great choices of
champagne; thanks to Carmen and Richard for opening their lovely
home; thanks to Becky for creating such beautiful baskets to be
auctioned; and thanks to all those who gave so generously to the Ham
Mowbray and Al Kacsur Memorial AWS Scholarship Fund. This chapter is
truly blessed to have so many talented and giving people!

records handed to me at the December Tasting, have served your time
as the Chair of this august organization. I can do no less.
